Home : Rental Policies/Info

Upon Arrival : The unit key is in the lockbox attached to the door (The code will be in your confirmation e-mail). Use this key to enter the suite. Once inside you will find your unit key. The key will allow you access to the unit, hottub room, ski locker room (please use this locker for ALL skis and boards!), underground parking, and all front doors of the buildings.

Once you have obtained your key from inside the unit IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO PUT THE FIRST KEY AND LOCKBOX BACK for the next guest.

Parking : Use your key to park in the underground parking (you'll find the stall number in your confirmation email). Easiest access to the underground lot is from the Whistler Library parking lot - you may also enter from Blackcomb Way beside the Municipal Hall and the Brew House (map). If you park outside the secured area, you must pay for parking or you will receive a ticket!

I am only able to offer one reserved stall - you may purchase tickets for any additional vehicles from the dispensers.

Checkout : PLEASE put all keys back in the unit for the next guests when you depart (there is a $20 replacement charge for keys). Please load the dishwasher and run it on your way out and please leave the unit tidy (we do all laundry and a full clean). Check out time is 10am and, unfortunately, this departure time must be adhered to so housekeeping has time to prepare the unit.

Housekeeping : Your condo is supplied with towels, linens and toiletries. Kitchens are to be maintained by the guests and extra charges may apply due to excessive mess. Any additional housekeeping services must be pre-arranged and will be billed at $25/hour

This unit is privately owned, and any towels taken to the hot tub MUST be returned to your suite. Any bins signed for used towels belong to the hotel, PLEASE do not dispose of any towels there, or keys in any drop boxes... THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

Customer Discretion : A reservation is for a specified number of guests. I require prior notification of any increase in size of your party, which is not to exceed the maximum set by the owner. I reserve the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy : One night deposit is due at time of booking. Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit 1st night deposit. Within 45 days of arrival, subject to minimum 1 night penalty to maximum full forfeiture.

Security Deposit : If there is any damage or excessive cleaning required, any long distance charges, etc. following your stay, we will document the charges and send them to you. The credit card provided at booking will be then charged for the amount owed.

Rates/Taxes : Quoted in Canadian currency per property per night. Rates are based on 2 people per room. Additional person is $20 per night. Rates and exchange rates subject to change. Taxes: 7% GST only. Non-residents of Canada are eligible for a full refund, which can be claimed at the airport, border crossings or by mail (more information on GST refund - use your browser's "Back" button to return to this page).
